Ficamos hospedados no dia 1 de janeiro 2011 o quarto totalmente sujo! Cortinas sujas, chão sujo sem estrutura nenhuma banheiro imundo e com insetos, fora agua do chuveiro que estava gelada no frigobar nao havia nada, nem cardapio no quarto. Nada. Disseram ter estacionamento, porem não tem, o carro fica na frente ao hotel, totalmente desprotegido. A piscina é pequena e super feia ( nao condiz com as fotos) o Cafe da manhã foi cortezia, achamos bem simples e poucas opções. - Resumidamente, não recomendamos.

The place was great in optimal location across street from national bus lines and next to airport across street from huge airport parcel of land only a 6 minute drive around it on highway to arrive at the terminal. There was water leak in restroom but the staff were very accomodating and quickly switched us to better room. The pool was great. They need to take better measures against mosquitoes to get on par with US standards though they worked hard to keep the bugs away. Their shuttle service is out & restaurant only til 7pm & room service only til midnighy due to covid. They really need to get their shuttle back on the road ASAP. Overall they were great a very good place I would return to.

Para viagem rapida de negocios o Hotel atendeu muito bem !

Cheguei de manha por conta de atraso no voo e nao tinha vaga no estacionamento. deixamos o carro na porta. O recepcionista foi muito mau educado ao dar informaçoes sobre o horario do funcionamento do café da manha. Grosseiro. quarto muito antigo e chuveiro ruim. Péssimo. nao indicarei a ninguem. obrigado.

Hotel temático de ótima qualidade e atendimento.

Bon service en général et chambre correcte, mais j’ai dû attendre 30 minutes la navette à l’extérieur de l’aéroport à 2h du matin alors que l’homme a la réception m’obstinait qu’elle était déjà arrivée et m’attendait.

Sempre fico nesse hotel quando viajo a trabalho, desta vez me colocaram num quarto com uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro, o que foi muito bom. A água quente não funcionou na maioria das vezes.

Café da manhã foi fraco e sem canais de TV com mais entretenimento

The hotel was well-suited to our needs. We had to catch a flight early the next morning. I found it somewhat interesting that the shuttle ride was included free from the airport to the hotel but only available from the hotel to the airport for an additional fee
