Spacious, very close to beach and to central town, yet quiet

1. Hopeless heat pumps. Bedroom set on heating mode at 22degC became an oven, so change to cooling mode set on 24degC and became an ice box. Lounge worse - turn on heating mode, nothing happens, freezing during breakfast, after an hour still nothing happened, forgot we had turned it on, went out, came back later its running and hot lounge 2. Cold floor - the floor type is suitable for summer, not winter. OK, we can wear socks... but the problem with wearing white socks is it really shows up how unclean the floor is
