Accueil froid. Impersonnel, prix très exécuté pour le produit. Petit déjeuner même compris il faut payer pour certaines prestations comme le café et ce n’est pas acceptable. Énormément de bruit. Au milieu de la gare !!! Trains qui circulent une bonne partie de la nuit.

We stayed here in may 2026. It is a very quaint boutique hotel with a modern hip vibe. It is owned by an American woman and all the rooms and common areas are very comfortable with great style . It is a building from the 1920’s so it has great character . The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the shower is large with great pressure. There is a heater in the room so it was warm and Cosy. The restaurant has great dinners and the breakfast was very very good . It is easy to take a tuck tuck vehicle to the center of town for about $4 . Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel . It is right on the train podium area so it’s very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly . We did the pancha manca dinner experience they offer and it was really fun and good food. They gave samples and a tour of their distillery and coffee mill. Love this place!!!!!

The only negative was our room was very close to the train and at times the fumes from the train came into our room . It smelled like carbon dioxide . I would suggest a room further away from the tracks. Not the hotels fault But just thought i would mention it .

On the station, so you can get to your room very easily. Breakfast was limited but of very high quality.

The room was small, and musty. Could not open windows in case if bugs. Hear the trains. All it would take is fly mesh on windows to allow fresh air in and rubber buffers on bed to stop train vibration or just moving the bed slightly away from the wall. Then it could easily be 10/10! Plumping needs an overhaul.

For price I should have been offered breakfast. Outside seating area was a dark enclosed area, fit for storage and little else.

Excellent location for our needs as we had to be at railway station for 530 am . Restaurant was very good for evening meal . It is literally on the train platform so some people may like to request a room at the back. Gardens wonderful

Esse hotel é perfeito. A horta é absolutamente incrível, de ficar horas contemplando. Gostaria de ter passado mais dias no hotel.

Location is on the rail tracks and makes it very convenient for catching the train. The garden at the back is very pretty. Breakfast is ok, not exceptional in my opinion.

Being right next to the railway tracks means dealing not only with constant train noise but also with the smell of diesel. During the day you’re in and out, so it’s manageable, but being woken up at 4:30 a.m. by both the noise and the fumes is a real problem. I chose this hotel because of its reviews and reputation, and I’m sorry to say I was disappointed. The room retains its original features, which unfortunately includes floorboards so creaky they can wake up you up. The bathroom is very basic, and the lowest point was discovering there was no hot water from the sink. The toilet brush and seat also looked like something straight out of a discount store. The property is in desperate need of maintenance ( the roof and gutters, the smell coming out of the toilet…. ) No sorry. Disappointed all around really!!
