Localização, limpeza, organização e restaurante

Fiz uma reserva e efetuaram a cobrança direto no cartão antes da estadia, gostaria de ter pagado na hora do checkin. Academia não tem bebedouro, o quarto não tinha secador de cabelo, quarto não possui aquecedor e as janelas não tem vedação adequada e ficou muito frio na madrugada.
