Kos Bay Hotel

Schöne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, wo man morgens den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann.

La vue sur la marina ou la montagne est belle. Le balcon est agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La chambre était bon marché donc c'est correct pour une nuit ou deux.

Petit déjeuner très moyen. L'hôtel est assez loin du centre ville et des ferries : il faut marcher au moins 20 minutes. Les chambres sont bruyantes car il y a de la circulation. Le Check In se fait trop tard ( 15h ou 16h ! ) alors que dans les autres hôtels c'est vers midi. Il n'y a personne à la réception avant 15h, et si on arrive à midi il faut, soit attendre et perdre un journée, soit laisser les bagages dans un réduit non fermé ! ... Nous avions envie d'être dans notre chambre et de prendre une douche mais ce n'était pas possible.

The staff at the facility were rude, especially the gentleman at the reception desk, who couldn't even call a taxi. I called the day before, and they said the taxi was ready, but I almost missed the ferry in the morning. The breakfast room hadn't been cleaned and was filthy. I went at 2:00 PM the day before, but they wouldn't let me into the room because it wasn't 3:00 PM. Worst of all, who would be held accountable for what would have happened if I'd missed my ferry or something had happened while I was running so fast?

The staff at the reception are very uninterested and unresponsive. I would never go to this hotel again and would not recommend it.

lit un peu trop dur

Its not that bad as many are saying. It is a budget hotel,that probably was very nice 30 years ago but that lack maintanence. My room was not very clean when I arrived with hair on the floor etc, but it was clean the next day. We did Get fresh linen and towels every other day. Bathroom very outdated but showerpressure good. Good location close to beach marina and old town. Chairs at the balcony was broken. Not much to choises from at breakfast but for me it had everything I needed for a good morning. Personel not super enthusiastic, but polite and answeared my questions. All in all it had what I needed for my purpose of working there but for a vacation I would probably put in more money to stay at something a bit more luxurious.

HET HOTEL WAS EENVOUDIG VAN OPZET, MAAR WAT DAarbij opviel was dat het er schoon was zowel qua uiterlijk als letterlijk de kamers. enkel het ontbijt was karig van opzet, daar zou meer variatie in mogen zitten.
