The woman who is running the place is so incredibly kind. She really goes out of her way to help. I have food restrictions and need strong wifi to work and she did everything she could to make it happen. I wish I stayed longer. There was hot water, good water pressure, good a/c, working wifi, comfortable bed, good breakfast, perfectly located.

wish had views, but any place with views would have cost much much more, And there is no real sound isolation so it can be a tiny bit noisy, but not too bad.

Todo. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. El personal era muy atento y el desayuno increíble. El WiFi funcionaba excelente. Super buen lugar!!!

Sería mejor si no cobraran el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, considerando que la distancia es súper corta.

Propre et bien placé Le transfert. Le guide que nous avions réservé via l’hôtel n’était finalement pas disponible pour nous mais la réception nous a trouvé une solution de secours de plus parlant français.

Le transfert qu’on avait prévu n’était pas là à l’arrivée.

Rapa Nui is generally expensive and this place is not an exception.

This hotel is absolutely overpriced for what it offers. For the amount they charge, one would expect a much higher standard of service and a better location. Neither is delivered. The most shocking aspect is the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. This is not just experienced in person, but is also clearly visible in the way management responds to negative reviews on this platform. Their replies are defensive, dismissive, and often disrespectful, giving a very clear picture of the people behind this place. Instead of addressing issues constructively, management seems more interested in justifying themselves and belittling guests’ feedback. Guests should feel respected — here, they absolutely do not. Don’t waste your money here.

I loved the location in the centre of town. The breakfast was very good. Ivonne provided me with a breakfast-to-go when I had to leave early one day for a hike. She and Alejandro are very kind hosts. The property is very clean.

Ubicación excelente y buen desayuno.

Relación calidad precio. Es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Cuesta como un hotel de alto estándar y claramente no lo es. La limpieza también mejorable.

Lived this place. Location was perfect. Rooms were well equipped and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
