BIG4 Crystal Brook Tourist Park

We were in an older cabin and it definitely needs upgrading but it was fine for our needs

The roadways through the park require work. Our cabin was "tired"

Location was perfect for our purpose. Beautiful area. Felt like we were in the countryside even though it was handy to shops and eating places. Accommodation was generous and comfortable.

The staff were rude

We were playing in a basketball carnival so the location was close. Staff were friendly and helpful. The park had a lovely country feel to it. Our cabin was spacious and the heater was amazing!

I felt our cabin was more dated than I had expected. Some of the games in the games room were not turning on or broken.

Despite booking.com not telling us we couldn't stay 2 nights in the one room, the park staff moved other guests around and put us in the same room for both nights. Which is just as well, because the day in between was 43° and we have 4 kids

Only 1 out of 4 bunk beds were made, the WiFi did not work, and it was overpriced. Booking.com didn't tell us at booking that we would have to move rooms for the 2nd night. Luckily the park staff managed to fix the problem
