The staff are super helpful. Great location too

A bit dated. Would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the hotel room, arrived late and direct from airport.

The staff were lovely, the area was comfortable and easy to navigate as a solo female traveller. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel , very clean and good location .

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants within walking distance. They will do a roundtrip transfer to the airport, but it costs $45USD which is actually quite expensive compared to several other hotels we stayed at. The hotel itself is quite nice (for South America), the rooms were nice and the hotel has a rooftop restaurant (serves breakfast only- which is included in the room). The room was clean, but we had an issue with our shower- the knobs didnt really control the temperature correctly and so it either was freezing or scalding hot and no in between. We called and had maintenance look at it but with the language barrier im not sure he understood, and the issue wasnt fixed. I had to jump in and quickly wash my body but then had to wash my hair in the sink because it was so hot. I dont know if all the rooms had this issue or just ours, but it happened both days we were there.

Breakfast was very good. There was just enough variety, and they had olives for the breakfast buffet.

I have no complaints; I thought everything was fine.
