We picked this hotel on line. It is located about a block from St. George beach. It was very good service. We asked for shuttle from Ferry port both ways and it was complimentary. We had a kitchenette in our room and a large common room we were able to use.

Fred Flintstone would like this place since the bed was like a rock.

Wow! I'm a budget traveller and this was a little slice of luxury for me at budget rates. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room spotlessly clean. There were a variety of pretty areas to sit and relax. It was lovely, spotless, clean and relaxing. Breakfast just perfect. 15 minute walk to ferry but owner drove for free. That fifteen minute walk takes you through a wide variety of shops and eateries. Beach two minute walk away but hotel pool much more fun and also spotlessly clean. A lot of care and attention taken with this hotel. Just fabulous.

Beautiful small room. Cute balcony. Super clean. Hard working charming family run the hotel who are so helpful and friendly but also give guests their space. Fantastic big deep clean pool. Perfect location being very walkable to all town sights but just far enough away from all the noise of town. Location surrounded by all sorts of dining options, car rentals and a gorgeous city beach. We were blown away by the value proposition of this hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Iliovasilema for 4 nights with our two children (in their 20s) at the end of April 2012. We had two small adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom (with a terrific shower) and each had its own little balcony. The hotel was bright, clean and very inexpensive: just what we were looking for. It was just down the street from the Courts’ Square and the fantastic restaurant, Sirocco and right next door to Meltemi, another lovely little place to eat. It was a 2-minute walk from the beach and a quick 5-minute walk from the harbor. Breakfast was 5 euros per person and was basic but delicious. We had breakfast on a couple mornings (cappuccino and huge yogurt parfaits) for a little more on the square at Soulato’s. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and even gave us coffee and tea late one morning that they didn’t charge us for. The complimentary shuttle driver (the owner) wasn’t there when we arrived by ferry, so they asked us to take a taxi, which they then paid for! They took us back to the ferry when we were ready to leave. This a sweet family-run hotel with the nicest staff imaginable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
