Very comfortable bed. Allowed pets which is excellent. Close to Northland's Mall and Papanui. Very central. Owner upgraded me to bigger ground floor unit which I appreciated Very helpful and obliging. Sky TV. Although on main highway little traffic. noise. Good value.

Older units. Hot water in shower not brilliant.. Pressure in the kitchen sink not good. Carpet needs a good clean. However, perfect for a few nights away from home. No complaints really. Will be back and recommend.
