Burleigh Gardens North Hi-Rise

Great location, friendly staff, pool table and ping pong went down well, safe underground parking.

Not the properties fault at all but even on the 8th floor, the roadworks (tram line) were so loud at night that we could not sleep. The concrete cutting noise was constant from around 10pm-4am.

Position is perfect, close to local cafes and restaurants

location was excellent, close to amenities and beach. Apartment stayed warm even during the cool nights. View was good (but even better close enough to go down and actually walk on the beach.)

Not a strong dislike, just a comment: The furniture (couch, living area) was OK, getting a bit aged - probably should start thinking about a refresh. (Perhaps the door handles too, or at leadt a squirt of WD-40 in the keyholes.).

Room was good for the price. Great seview. Lovely bathroom.

N/a thought it was sufficient for the price.
