AUI made the mistake of booking through wot if. I booked and paid for a room with breakfast for the husband and myself. Nothing was said about breakfast when we checked in and nothing in the room re breakfast, so we went and enquired about it and was told that the council had closed the kitchen. Room was clean but smoke alarm is on ceiling right beside the fan. Overpriced for no breakfast but it maybe a blessing in disguise.

Break fast OK. Room tidy. Aircon a bit noisy. Light entering curtains behind the heavy ones during daylight. Better bed lamps .chairs unstable.
So very friendly and really made to feel welcome. Nice, clean room with all that's needed for short stay. Would definitely recommend
We were very impressed by the room. It was very clean and inviting. Staff were amazing.

Filthy rooms, blood on linen, exposed wires, cockroaches, cigarette butts. Breakfast supplied if you enjoy mouldy slimy bread and curdled milk. Abusive manager and cleaner swearing and threatening families and minors. Locked kitchen and laundry facilities that were advertised. Will never ever go back. Disgusting. Would give minus 100 but have to give a score.
Room filthy, blood stains on quilt, power point taped up, dusty as, wardrobe 1920 smelt of mothballs, bbq dirty, pool cloudy, mouldy bread on first morning for breakfast, then kitchen and laundry got closed to all patrons, cutlery dusty dirty, microwave plug had to be held in to work, bed head light was held on with paper stuck in it . Fowl abusive language towards parents and children from the Owner and her friend who lives there was disgusting.
Great place, owners need to spend some money. Caretakers were lovely and very helpful . We were able to get into our rooms early .
