Excellent place! So happy we found it for our stay in Melbourne. Friendly helpful staff. Dropped luggage early and they’d put it in our room for us and all of our food in the fridge. Really spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Parking on site at a fair cost. Would recommend.

Receptionist was so lovely and service was amazing, was so on the ball with everything ! Any questions I had she knew the answer too was super helpful. 10/10 !

The bed 🛌 and pillows were very comfortable Good storage for your clothes, eg. Drawers, hanging space. Coat-hangers weren't anchored!!

The curtains were appalling! Didn't fit the window at either end. Bright sunlight at dawn, spotlights at night from adjoining building. All they need is an E blind and decent fitting curtains. The place was very small, the bathroom had no bench space, mean with the milk and coffee pods. The entertainment shelves stuck out from the wall, you could knock your shoulder as you squeezed past the end of the bed.

Well designed, clean, good bathroom and kitchen, friendly staff, would book again. Also close to some good cafes.

We were a last minute booking, so getting a cancellation at the last minute was such a bonus. Thanks to Summer for going above and beyond and phoning us back When a room became available. Car parking is $10 per night. Can I suggest bike racks and some dedicated parking for cars with bike carriers in the parking area? So many people come to this area for the wonderful cycling trails, and this would make life easer. Excellent to have secure parking on site. Our room was not the usual Quest standard in that (106b) it was a bit cave-like, with a view of the opposite wall and a very tiny window. But beggars can't be choosers when it was a late booking!!
