Quest Cheltenham

During my stay I was in town for a funeral, so it was especially touching to return to my room that evening and find a lovely handwritten card and a chocolate waiting for me. It was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the property really quiet at night. The location is also excellent – an easy walk to the train station and surrounded by a heap of cafes (and bars that I did not get to try!). I had a great coffee at Johnny Dante on reception’s recommendation. I would certainly stay at this property again (under better circumstances next time!) and would definitely recommend it to others.

Conveniently located next to shops and cafes, clean room, sheets look brand new, prompt, friendly and courteous front desk staff and cleaners.

Check in process was very easy, and the receptionist was helpful. The room was meticulously clean and well presented. It was perfectly suitable to my needs, and I had a very comfortable stay. I needed a chemist during my stay, and there was one conveniently located across the road. Would not hesitate to stay again when I go to Melbourne.

This place is always the perfect spot for us golfers needing to get to the sandbelt courses daily - the location is perfect for us, walking distance to coffee shops, quite bites, a supermarket and around the corner from a big shopping centre with all the stores! It's the perfect stay - with everything you need in the room as well as being clean and comfortable. And very friendly, helpful staff is a big bonus!!!
