The staff was very helpful when it came to checking in at a very late hour and accommodating to my needs

The hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of Beddgelert with a wonderful view onto the village. The building is rich in history and character and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room we booked was a triple single with a non adjoining shared bathroom, shared meaning also a baby changing room for anyone in the resturant. The bathroom was kept clean in the day and of course clean for when we were to use it in the evening. The room was a good size, and the beds were lovely. The window opens, the tv works, and the noise from the resturant was not bothersome. Breakfast was lovely, albiet busy with walk-ins, but overall a well intended service with a smile. Dinner was also excellent. Such a great hotel with a popular resturant, so can't complain!

Location was magnificent overlooking a river and hills. Staff were great as well

Location, lovely rooms. Excellent Food. The staff were also amazing very attentive, nothing to much trouble special thank you to Ali for looking after us during our stay.
