"Perfect place for our honeymoon!"

Very clean all around the facility. Fresh hot breakfast and very accommodating staff. Allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout while we explored. Overall very friendly welcoming with a great location.

Parking a motorcycle on the hill was a challenge. But not a negative thing just worth noting.

This is the most charming and cozy place we’ve stayed. Wonderful staff, great breakfast, and awesome hot tub. It felt like stepping into an 1800’s hotel. 10/10, will definitely be back!

"Book yourself a great stay at the Black Bear Manor"

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Best of all was the service. Gino and Lauren both knocked themselves out to ensure that we were comfortable and that the room was in great condition, and that everything we needed was available to us. Breakfast (cooked by Lauren) was fantastic each day. We loved the condition of our room, the hot tub, the property in general, and even the BBQ grill. Location near the river was peaceful and cool, and only two blocks off the main street. If you are coming to Ouray, do yourself a favor and book a reservation at this place. Extremely satisfied. We will be staying here again for sure.
