The hotel was nicely situated for where we were meeting up with friends

Bathroom was a little cramp

Enjoyed our stay, the host was very nice couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was tasty and filling , plenty tea/ coffee in our room beds were really comfortable. Will stay again

Alison the waitress was extremely helpful pleasant and welcoming as well as the owner when we arrived. The breakfast was pleasant and the bed was comfortable

Rooms were barely warm as the heaters were very old and need updating. Sockets were loose and not positioned where needed. Bathroom was very cold and even with the window closed there was a cold wind. Rooms were small and the noise from occupied adjacent rooms was irritating

It was a good location, basic needs. Staff were friendly, breakfast very good

Cold breakfast rooms. Lighting/heating in reception on arrival would have made it more welcoming.

Property was ok, shower good got plenty hot water. Changed towels every day. It was near to town centre.

The rooms are in need off a facelift, carpets a bit worn,

Although the heating was on all day the room was very cold could do with new mattresses on bed but would stay again if in blackpool
