Very charming hotel.

Very good value and very fair with incidentals/extras. Very helpful staff.

We picked the hotel for the convenient location, however, we were quickly disappointed upon arrival. Front Desk supervisor, a clerk, and a restaurant server where chatting about the complain about bad service from another guest. Had to wait until the clerk decided it was time to acknowledge my presence. He was more concerned about having the ID from my companions (waiting in the car with the luggage) than greeting or providing information about the hotel and services. Although we reserved and paid for a triple room, there were only two towels. Breakfast is poor, however the service is good. Bellman and servers seem to be the only happy people. It is sad that someone placed a lot of effort in decorating and giving character to the hotel, while having a terrible leader in the Front Desk, and clerks that work to those standards. It is an overpriced stopover hotel.

Loved the hotel

This was a great hotel with paintings and artwork throughout the lobby, hallways and rooms, or Atleast our room. Make sure you ask for 301 … we were told that the artwork in this room was by famous Costa Rican artist Juan Manuel Hernandez. Very walkable and close to a few restaurants and a Starbucks and more walkable across a larger intersection.

I love the hotel for the quietness and great staff.

The art in it was really cool to see, and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable
