Excelente ubicación , limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca del malecón y del centro histórico de Campeche. Como no está en pleno centro, las habitaciones son tranquilas. En la nuesta no se oía ruido de la calle. Desde el hotel es posible hacer muchas cosas a pie. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba muy limpia.

La caja fuerte de la habitación es muy pequeña. Un iPad o una laptop no caben... Sería recomendable proporcionar una caja más grande.

Frühstück kostet extra und ist nicht günstig. Wenig englisch sprachiger Support. Nach der Reinigung hat jeden Tag etwas anderes gefehlt (Seife, Handtücher etc.)

Stayed there because it had parking and was fairly convenient to the main old part of town.

Room was a bit boring, just concrete walls, tile floor very boring

As some have noted, this is an older hotel. However, do not let that discourage you from staying here. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but functional. The room’s amenities cover the basics. I must note that housekeeping keeps these rooms immaculate! You could eat off our floor. The restaurant serves really good food and decent drinks. We ended up eating dinner there a couple of nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. While not a “luxury” property, it has got it where it counts. I would stay here again.
