OYO Hotel Centralia

They are Horrible. It straight up says pets ok upon additional charge. They seen my cat in the window, freaked out the lady at the counter and the boss who looked like a REAL PECKERHEAD.Charged us 150 dollars told me I had to get my cat out of the room immediately. I have no where to go and they made me sit outside with my cat who is litter trained not loud and an all around great cat. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. GREAT RATES OR NOT. THEY ARE RUDE AS ALL GET UP.

Travellers! Spend the extra $$ for a different place! We spent all of 30 minutes there. 15 minutes of which was waiting for the front desk clerk to return so that we could have a different room due to the fact the lock on the door and the window were broken. While waiting we saw some sort of “deal” taking place. We finally got to the new room and again the window wouldn’t close or lock. Decided to just leave after we saw the cops drive through the property. Returned the keys and decided to deal with a refund with the company rather that the front desk. Communication through email, social media, phone is horrible! I’m not sure who is on the other end but they clearly don’t care about a poor review, Never did receive a refund nor did we hear back from management about the situation. Horrible Motel and horrible customer service! We ended up staying at Motel 6 for about $30 more but we’ll worth it!

First thing paid for room through hotels.com. They won’t give me keys till I give them 100 large for s deposit. No card machine..? Room was filthy, had beds and other hotel furniture stacked up in back parking lot.... Had room service pounding on door twice in the morning before checkout... I’ll pay 20 more for a decent 2 star next time!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! never stay here!!! spend the extra $15 and get something clean and comfortable. The beds are as hard as a rock, there were no towels, the worst part is that there were black hairs all over in our beds and on the pillow. There was a bug in the bathroom. The curtains were broke. The phone didn't work. No pictures or decor, just spackle everywhere. black hairs all over floors. Pillows were like couch pillows. My husband complained politely in the morning and they told him that they would call police and have him escorted out if we didn't leave the property. Complete trash! Worst service I've EVER had. Please do not stay here.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was the worst place I have stayed. This hotel was not in any shape to be operational. The property was dirty, covered in cobwebs, spiders, dead bugs. The rooms were barely furnished and had a weird smell. They were supposedly remodeled but the screws and holes in walls were just painted over, paint on ceiling where it wasnt taped off. Paint spots in the bath tub and mold in the corners. Had a table with a crack down the middle, no towels in our room. We were told they only do housekeeping on Mondays and Thursday 😳 Several rooms open at all times, with weird people lurking around. Definitely not worth the $122 I paid and if I could have cancelled and not lost money I would have. Half the time you had to wait over 15 mins for someone to come to the front desk.

Stayed here 8 weeks ago and received a refund due to the unacceptable conditions. Waiting and written for the refund to appear on my credit card it hasn't happened Even called the Head office in India but nothing appeared. The room was charged after the refund. We were trying to plan the next place to stay but no WIFI in spite of them saying they had it. Serious problem for us travelling as Canadians through the USA . Not safe for us as 2 gals travelling alone. My advice -- spend a little more- avoid this one

Our stay here was a disaster at the very best! We had reserved several rooms in advance for an annual family reunion. We have stayed in this facility for over 25 years. Each year it gets worse. This year there were rooms were filthy. We could not allow our children to walk on the floors or sit on any Of the furniture. There were drugs, drug paraphernalia, and old food in the drawers of the dresser is. This was in several rooms. None of the bathrooms had towels. We had to shower with the bathmat in the shower because the bathroom was so dirty. Feces was around several of the toilets. The indoor/outdoor carpeting on the hallways and stairs have been there for over 25 years. This place ruined what used to be an exciting, wonderful, anticipated family reunion each year with fond of memories to an absolute nightmare! Warning to anyone who wants to stay here. STAY AWAY!!!

The room was beyond dirty and service was mediocre at best. The room was never cleaned except to empty the garbage - the same stuff that was on the carpet when we arrived was still there when we left.. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room was dirty, dilapidated, and the couch so disgusting you didn't even want to touch it. There was garbage in the parking lot along with an old barbecue. At least someone had thrown it away as the barbecue in the passthrough on the way to the office was so filthy I can't believe anyone would touch it let alone put food on it. All that on top of the drug deal that went down in the car next to us and the woman exiting a room counting her cash (maybe we guessed what she was doing wrong, but I doubt it). We don't have an especially high threshold for hotels but even we vowed we'd never stay at this one again.

me and my family stayed for the weekend and let me tell you ive stayed at a lot of motel 6 but I must say the staff were excellent and the maintenance man was so polite and always willing to help very nice guy he made sure our stay was good. the front desk was really polite too. I recommend this motel 6 over any of the others

New ownership of this motel. They were having lots of issues, but trying really hard to overcome them. Our air conditioner and frig weren't working. They brought us another refrigerator, but it was really small. Had issues with the TV, which they were able to fix. We have stayed at this motel thru all it's different ownerships and this is the first time it hasn't included a mini-breakfast. Don't like that part. The pool is outdoors, but right now you have to get the desk clerk to open the gate. Beds are ok and the rooms are clean.
