David's Harp Hotel & Suites Netanya

The property is located in a nice and convenient location. The free parking is appreciated. That said, I paid almost $1000USD for 2-night stay (family of 5). During our stay there was: no use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, dining area did not serve any hot food the first day, there was dripping water and mold on the wall/ceiling in the area where food was served, NO wi-fi in the rooms, bath tub no working and the hotel refused to let us cancel nor offer any compensation for not delivering on the very services and amenities it advertised as having. **THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE BEYOND DATED!!!

I stayed with a very large group for 3 nights in the hotel The group did all the arranging and check in and organization so We had no contact with the hotel staff The suites are a nice size .A bit worn if you look at them but the room was comfortable and the massive balcony with sea view was stunning They managed to feed everyone nicely The food was generally good Breakfast was good although We couldnt find any yogurts But there was everything else and omlette station .Dinner and lunch had something for everyone .No complaints there .We left our room after breakfast on the last day and at 13.00 when we were actually leaving the hotel I realized I had left a bag of childrens clothes in the room I went to the front desk who made 1 phonecall to security and after left me standing 30 minutes with no help After 30 minutes I asked what I should do and they sent me to the offices where a senior employee asked why I was there .Took my details on a tiny note pad amonst lots of mess and promised to contact me .After 28 hours and until now 3 days later no one contacted me 0 guest services .But I phoned the day after .spoke with security who had the bag and sent someone to collect it .In my case and the hotel knew the group I was with in the hotel . The bag belonged to a 2.5 year old who had lost his father recently and the Batman Tshirt I needed and Sonic Tshirt meant a lot to him .A very pleasant stay was let down by a small problem That no one cared about

The hotel is outdated...some bad painting and paint spots all over the room...the hotel walls and corridors are dirty

Room was very tired - walls were peeling paint - sofa in the deluxe room was a very old sofa bed that was deeply uncomfortable - the bathroom was tiny - the advertised spa and fitness were not part of the hotel and required an extra cost to access - for the price this was not value for money at all
