The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is showing a bit aged, it is well maintained and looked after. It’s very clean and tidy throughout. There is bus to airport right in front of the hotel.

A bit far from the platform in DDP metro station, need to take a long walk to get on and off inside the DDP metro station, transiting to another platform is even further.

Very old, run down, lots of tour groups being very pushy and loud

This was the worst hotel I ave ever stayed in. -I paid for a room with air conditioning but the AC was switched off. I phoned reception and they said they have switched half of the rooms off. I had to move room 2am in the morning after flying all day. -There was AC but it made loud roaring and rattling noises all night -The new room was twin not king so had to sleep like roommates -There was no light or charger near the beds so you couldn’t charge your phone or see at night. There was one working plug in the whole room. -The hotel was smelly, tired-looking and unkept -The bathroom was reeking of MOULD. I couldn’t even use it !! I called reception and they sprayed air freshener which obviously didn’t work. I asked them to pour bleach and they said they DIDN’t HAVE. How are you cleaning then?!
