המלון השיפוץ המזגנים לא מקררים החדר אוכל חם ולא ממוזג החצר בחוץ האוכל שמוגש לא על מפות די מאכזב, הנוף יפה

Fabulous location Rooms were great 👍 Lake and pool were a treat

Many (not all) Staff appeared to be somewhat disinterested / going thru' the motions. We expected more over our 2 days. A for instance ...we arrived at the hotel early and so the rooms weren't ready - which was perfectly understandable - so we left bags in a reception anti-room. Upon return the bags had not been brought up to our 2 rooms - which had been promised! Small things can make a difference when added together. Another disappointing thing was the 'not inconsiderable' amount of construction work taking place...took away from us gaining a fuller appreciation of the hotel.

Le lenzula sono sintetiche e scaldano molto e fanno sudare , .....mpossibile dormire nelle notti calde. Aria condizionata quasi assente

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Einerzimmer mit Seesicht sehr praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und bietet für alle Geschmäcker etwas. Trotz Umbau-Phase ist alles sauber, die Nacht war sehr ruhig und die Lage ist unübertroffen schön.
