Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, New Aljubarrota Guest House will provide a link from UNICRE. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. Noncompliance will result in a penalty charge of EUR 50. Please note that late check-in after 22:30 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 25. After 17:00 it is mandatory to inform the hour of arrival so that a staff member will be at the guest house to perform the check-in. Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. This amount is not refundable even in case of cancellation. Please note that this property is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. Due to Covid, luggage storage is temporarily unavailable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación y el balcón.

No abría la llave de la puerta, es un cuarto sin ascensor con unas escaleras antiguas de madera y huelen muy fuerte. No había almohadas, solo cojines, ni tampoco televisión. El sitio está bien pero necesita una obra urgente!!!

Veryclean, lots of room, great shared facilities, great location and good value.

Would have be fantastic if: (1) working WIFI (although advertised and provided access codes we could never get WIFI to work and you need to have an independent source or go to local cafe); and (2) you need WIFI for pre-check in and communication with host to be able to enter building (no registration is fine but this needs to be better communicated in advance for planning)
