"Stay away!!!"

We entered the hotel with an access code. Nobody was there and at first sight the whole old house looked creepy. We picked our key and went to our room. The room looked pleasant but the lights were not working. After an hour or so a young girl showed up speaking NO ENGLISH and having no clue about the light. Anyway, after we left for dinner they fixed them. The next morning we woke up late around 10 am and at 10.40 we received a phone call in gibberish English asking us to leave the room by 11.00 am. I apologize because I had not read the check out time and ask for an extra half hour so we could at least take a bath and leave. The voice over the phone say "yes" and at 11 am sharp they start knocking at the door!!!!!!!!! We opened the door and we saw the young lady with who we assumed was the cleaning lady demanding us to vacate the room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!!They were more concerned in getting to know "who" has allowed us any extra minute than addressing our needs!!!!!! Ridiculously insane!!!!!These people not only have no clue of what "hospitality industry" means but they are point blank BULLIES!!!! Nasty , nasty people , disrespectful and rude!!!!. There is nothing in that town of Grenade (we had other "weird encounters" there) so skip the entire town and if you are leisure travelling go to ANDORRA or SPAIN!!! They understand service, tourism and how to be NICE.
