the location is good and centrally located. the yard is clean, tidy and well maintained, and so are the buildings. the security is excellent. good value for money)

the bathroom dirt bin was rusty and old. there was mold on the bottom of the bathroom walls. the shower floor looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. the extractor fan was TERRIBLY noisy!

The Staff were friendly, accessible, professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and delicious. The idea of a communal iron is innovative but there should be a minimum of two irons.

The cleaning Staff should ensure that bathrooms are cleaned. Our shower was not cleaned during our stay. You can also consider having a mob and broom in the rooms to allow for the cleaning by guests, e.g. spilling of water or juice. For the ground floor rooms, guests should be informed not to take the balcony chairs from other rooms.

The rooms were large and neat

The breakfast was good. The Staff was too friendly. Randy was so calm and very helpful as well.
