Fantastic spot, the lady at reception is a credit to the business! Delightful, friendly, happy to recommend different things and felt very genuinely friendly. If I'm ever this way I would stay again.

The Waterfront House & Restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to town if you decide not to enjoy a delicious meal at the Waterfront House. However, it’s the owner, Martina, that made our stay extra special. We golfed in the morning and we were looking for a little relaxation. Martina helped us find a spa & set up our dinner reservations. Martina is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend staying at the Waterfront House & Restaurant.

Lovely scenic and quiet location. Great restaurant on site and helpful staff. Easy parking, beach at your doorstep. Short walk to other dining options but book if it’s busy.

The service was pleasant but laboured and slow - despite eating very early at 5 because of the two 4yo - there were other staff wandering about but it was left to one to serve 8 of us our drinks - the children were admirably accommodated and loved their dinner - ours was brought out in bits and pieces - my wife's monkfish was cold and she had to eat it much quicker than normal - her sauce was bland and she was finished hers by the time my dinner arrived - the menu was expensive for what it was and we all agreed it was far below their usual standard. We would be reluctant to return to get what we were offered at those prices from a very sparse menu. They really need to refine a few things to meet that standard. Pity really as it was our absolute favourite in that area. Your only as good as your last meal I suppose.
