Nada

Hicimos la reserva para dos adultos y un niño. Así apareció en la app de Booking. Nos querian hacer pagar un extra por el niño cuando estaba ya pagado. Les demostramos de dos maneras que así fue: por la app y por el mensaje en WhatsApp con la gerente. No aún así. Fue lamentable. No volvemos y no lo recomendamos.

El trato de las personas, los empleados son muy amables. Los empleado siempre busca la manera de complacerte. El desayuno y el área son espectaculares.

El área no es segura para personas que visitan por primera vez Colombia. Además, entiendo que las habitaciones requieren remodelación, aunque están limpias. No hay aire acondicionado como tal, si no abanico con un sistema que enfría la habitación.
