Sijainti oli loistava! Paikasta oli helppo lähteä katselemaan Madridin keskustaa niin metrolla ja busseilla kuin myös kävellen. Oli hyvä, että huoneessa oli jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin sekä oma (joskin pieni) kylpyhuone.

Huone oli todella pieni, mutta tärkeintähän huoneessa oli nukkuminen ja oma kylpyhuone..

Location is excellent within the city center and central to all the main plaza areas. Very walkable without need for taxis. Free wifi.

The location is excellent for exploring Madrid on foot; however, the overall stay was extremely disappointing given the price paid. The rooms are exceptionally small — manageable for a solo traveler, but likely uncomfortable for more than one person. The most significant issue was the persistent odor coming from the bathroom plumbing, even when the bathroom was not in use. The smell resembled raw sewage and significantly impacted the comfort of the room throughout the stay. Communication and hospitality were also lacking. The staff was very proactive in sending repeated reminders about check-in and checkout times, including checkout notices sent days in advance. However, when I sent a simple message asking how best to arrange an early morning taxi to my next destination, I received no response at all despite waiting two days. Ultimately, the cost-to-value ratio was extremely poor. Paying approximately $455 USD for three nights in a tiny room with ongoing plumbing odor issues did not feel justified.

The location is exceptional & the hotel is close to all the accommodation. The hotel is calm & the staff is really helpfull & very kind.
