Murray Inn and ART GALLERY! No art gallery on property. Description was misleading

the property and room were both decorated very nice.the room was very clean and all amenities were available and in working order.the staff was also friendly and helpful.

Beautiful setting and convenient.

The room was so hot when we got there and the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The shower was pretty nasty. We ended up leaving and did not stay.

A very cute motel, that’s been kept up nicely

The room was outdating but good - the a/c worked but not enough to really cool the room down. We were in town for the weekend and it was a nice budget friendly hotel and it was just what we needed. My problem was with the staff- the younger girl working the front was always rude and short - You could tell she didn't want to be there and I had issues with my booking prior to arriving it didn't help the situation. Over all the property was very nice, The free break was good but lacking - it was the same basic offering all weekend.

It was fine. I just wasn't able to stay the entire time. I tried contacting you to get a refund for four days, but I didn't stay. But you never responded back to me to reimburse me for the days I wasn't there.

The fact you kept all of my money. And never reimbursed my 4 days of not staying. Who owes me the money? You or the hotel? I'd like to get a refund. Please.
