"Nice ... but needs work"

Remodeled ... they were trying. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Lumpy pillows. AC was off when we arrived, so it was hot for a few hours.

We asked for NO exterior doors in our hotel to the booking agent, she assured us several times over the phone that there wouldn't be an exterior door and there was 2 exterior doors to our room😡

"customer service was dreadful"

The guy at the desk doing the check-in couldn't be bothered to get off of his personal phone call to help. He asked questions that didn't pertain to my trip, and when I got to the room, the front door was locked, but the door to the courtyard was not. I stayed up the whole night s that my daughter could sleep; because the door to the courtyard had a faulty lock. The air conditioner made a loud ridiculous noise!

"Absolutely the most humiliating experience."

If you value your safety, and don't want to experience the most humiliating experience of your life ......Stay away ! My daughter was stranded in Paul's Valley . We put her in the hotel to keep her safe until we arrived to get her . The Owner/Manager began knocking on her door at 9am reminding her check out was at 11am . She asked to stay through another day, and was told the hotel was booked . I called immediately , and was told there were rooms available. He came back at 10:45 and told her to leave . She was told to sit on the corner with her belongings in 100+ heat and wait . She asked for a cup of water , and was told no . She asked to sit in the shade , and has told no ! Who does this to another Human Being ? My daughter was alone, quiet , and tired . We paid for her room, and would continue to pay until we reached her . I'm appalled that anyone in the Hospitality Industry would do this to anyone . I wish I could give negative stars , but that's not an option on this site .
