Location is perfect to walk to the Historic Center, lots of restaurants and shopping stores on the way. Perfect for our New Year get away.

They can improve the Breakfast.. Not a lot of Continental Choices. Coffee need improvements.

La habitación, la ubicación y la atención del personal.

Sería bueno tener más personal en el servicio de desayuno...hubo momentos de no haber casi nada para desayunar y la máquina de café deben cambiarla colocar más. Revisar los desAgues del baño....salía un olor horrible.

Indiscutiblemente lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, queda cerca del centro histórico, de la avenida La Reforma, de la Alameda etc etc. El personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, limpias y con camas cómodas. Tienen todo lo que se necesita.

El desayuno podría ser mejor, sería agradable poder desayunar con un buen pan y un buen café. Las toallas necesitan reemplazo. La ducha no desagua bien, nada traúmatico pero te impide tomar uu baño largo.
