Nice staff/ easy access to airport! Only drawback was water wasn’t very hot for a shower.

Probably one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. This was just an overnight stay after our flight and before commuting elsewhere. Location is awful, literally in the middle of nowhere if you don’t have a car. Room was adequate but carpets were filthy and bathroom was in need of some tlc! Ceiling had stains from previous leaks and holes being plugged with toilet roll. It’s doesn’t take much to touch up paint and apply stain blocker! Breakfast was pretty inedible, there was no hot drinks available when we first went down for breakfast, so disorganised. Staff were really casual and laid back. No formality, or uniform to disguise staff from the Joe Public. Also staff working whilst wearing ear pods, made it seem so unprofessional. Not somewhere we would head back to in a hurry; we couldn’t wait for the bus to take us back to the airport so we could continue our onward journey. The courtesy bus to and from the airport is the only positive thing about our stay.

Wors hotel I had ever stayed!

The worst holiday inn I have ever stayed at. Gross and not maintained at all. Breakfast was gross and rooms were not clean. They also are in a bad area of town. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel. Find somewhere else to spend your money at

The maintenance of this motel is almost non existent and it looks and feels very worn down. With its location on the waterfront and the enormous parking lot, my guess is that it’s about to be demolished and replaced. The furniture in the rooms and lobby are badly stained. Coffee had been spilled in the elevator that stayed there during the entire length of our stay. Woodwork was chipped and/or loose in many locations. Oh, and the WiFi was not connected to the internet. Huge disappointment since we thought we could trust Holiday Inn Express to ensure decent quality in all their properties.
