My wife and I stayed in a two bedroom unit overlooking the bay with a nice balcony. Didn’t need the second bedroom but appreciated the family room, kitchen and balcony. Unit was clean..even though it’s overlooking a street..noise was dampened by roll down exterior shades. Service was great. Friendly front desk and cleaning crew.

Second time of staying at this hotel. Perfect location overlooking beach close to all amenities and old town. Juan les Pins also within walking distance. Rooms very clean and comfortable with high quality bed linen.rRception made us feel very welcome and very helpful. We opted to have buffet breakfast,. Good choice of hot and cold food.

Great stay at the hotel . Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are minimalist but clean and spacious and a great location for the beach and Old Town .

The royal apartment (which is essentially a penthouse with a hot tub on the second level) is luxurious. It showed some wear and tear, but the view and the outdoor jacuzzi at night was spectacular. I would stay again.

The view! What an awesome location right on the coast with nice sunrise views. Great location close to everything in Antibes. Highly Recommended

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all lovely and super helpful, going above and beyond to help us when some travel related issues occurred. Room (apartment) was very well equipped and kept spotless by housekeeping. Bed was comfortable and we found it quiet when trying to sleep. Sea view rooms might have a little more road noise at times. Location is also fabulous, just across the street from the sea and also very convenient with only a few (5-10) minutes stroll up to the Antibes Marché provençal, for example. There is a bus stop a few meters from the hotel entrance (which we used only once). The train station is a 20 minute walk. You can get a bus to the hotel from Pôle d'échanges beside the train station, but depending on the schedule it may be quicker to walk. The hotel had a bunch of amenities that we never used, just because we were out and about. We would definitely return and stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay and convenient to Antibes center.

The property was fantastic. Well appointed and furnished. Easily accessible to area, dining, shopping. Would stay here again.
