According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. "Enttäuschender Aufenthalt aufgrund verschiedener ungelöster Probleme"

Frühstück war sehr gut angerichtet. Viel verschiedene Gerichte und Getränke. Eigentlich für Jeden etwas dabei. Sobald etwas zu Ende ging, wurde dieses Produkt sofort nachgefüllt.

Safe war im zugewiesenen Zimmer nicht nutzbar. Am ÜBERNÄCHSTEN Tag erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer. Hier war während meines noch 1-wöchigem Aufenthalt KEIN Fernsehen möglich. Mehrfache Reklamation deswegen, leider immer ohne Erfolg. Gläser (und andere Küchenausstattung) im Zimmer fehlten. Gläser holte ich mir mehrmals an der Rezeption, am anderen Tag waren sie wieder weg. Aircondition war mal defekt. Wurde am anderen Tag "repariert" um 1 Tag später wieder nicht zu funktionieren. Wasser tropfte deswegen aus der Lampe auf den Tisch. ICH musste es mit dem Handtuch immer wieder aufwischen. Mehrfache Reklamation deswegen, leider ohne Erfolg. Steckdose (mit Anschlußkabeln) neben dem Bett herausgefallen. SEHR gefährlich!!! Mehrfache Reklamation (an mehreren Tagen) deswegen. Leider ohne Erfolg. An 2 Samstagen erhöhter Lärm wegen Feierlichkeiten im Haus. Ich musste diesen Zustand in Kauf nehmen. Dies alles zu einem nicht geringem Übernachtungspreis
