"No hot water."

The room was very good and the location was excellent.

We had a 2 bedroom unit. One bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The hot water in the ensuite was barely warm. Not possible to shower or wash. What's going on? The main bathroom and kitchen hot water was fine. I wanted to ask for a partial refund for the lack of hot water in the ensuite. You must be aware of this and you must have it remedied. Not good enough.

"Lovely room in a great location."

Location was terrific, room was spacious and clean. The room was very warm given the cold weather. Staff were great to deal with.

I removed the mattress topper because it was way too hot and made sleeping difficult. There is never enough counter top in the bathroom and the toilet paper was very cheap.
