Rosenthal Guesthouse

Although booking.com confirmed our reservation when we phoned to say we were going to be late, we were told that we moved our booking. They were unprepared when we arrived. unprepared to cater vegetarian food for my husband, the suitcase carrier was broken, there was only 1 set of towels, we could not switch off the light, the remote was not there to switch it off, key to the door was broken and could not lock the door from the outside, only with the security gate. At least the room was clean and the bedding was neat.

Ensure that all the broken things are fixed in the rooms, be more informative with all the remotes, have a booklet available with the necessary information of the guesthouse.

They asked me to pay cash when we arrive. And I already paid online.....that was realy nog very nice
