The room was filthy & cockroach infested. I canceled the 3 night reservation after seeing 2 rooms & I was never refunded for them even though I was promised I would receive a refund several times.

Everything was bad ran down microwave didn't work current and fell down holes in the wall tub was too small. Was unable to secure personal items due to the fact that the lock was broken how to make sure we packed up everything when we left just to go out.
