Nice area. Clean. Spacious rooms.

Needs some updates but not bad. Water pressure low and toilets don’t flush easily.

Lots of space, comfy bed. Great shower, and very nice snacks

Water was turned off, but this was quickly resolved by the very professional staff. Would recommend staying here

Proximity to both IU and Downtown Bloomington. Priced right. Welcoming both arrival and departure desk. View from 2nd floor balcony. Coffee pot instead of pod and coffee and creamer choice. Clean sheets.

The room was very musty to the point that I coughed the entire night. There was no outdoor light on the outside of the house and it was surrounded with bushes, dark and creepy. Lucas at The front desk could not help me out at all but told me that I will not be charged for the night. He also told my neighbor who was in there that she wouldn’t be charged either because they found two bats in her room. It was just gross.

The facilities were a little dated and could perhaps use some TLC, but the overall vibe was very interesting. I liked the way the cottages looked like a European village.

Lucas helped re-organize our stay with dates needing to be changed several times at a moment's notice, due to changes outside our control. He made it easy for us to find a place to stay in difficult circumstances. The amenities were excellent too. As were the various items available in the lobby.

Love the suites

The landscaping needed help and the brick walkways needed repairs.
