We had 2 couple stay here and we felt quite comfortable and relaxed whilst we stayed here. Only negatives, we couldn't figure out how to use the stove (not sure if it was faulty), however there was a portable hot plate so it wasnt a problem; and the other negative was the second bedrooms bed was a little comfortable and squeeked. However we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Victor Apartments.
