Wonderful room with a beautiful view

Views over the bay, parking and not too far from the town.

Nothing really. Better than expected.

Reserve parking well in advance. We had a room with sea view big balcony. The best view we ever had. Well worth extra. Had picnic dinner every night. Food store "Casino" just across the street. Hotel has a nice pool. If you want to go to the beach though keep in mind it is well below. Long way down and hard climb up. It is located to the left of the hotel. Unlike Nice it is sandy (big improvement). If you have to leave very early in the morning make sure to keep with you a white card to open the gate.

This is a fantastic hotel based beside the old town of Villle Franche Sur Mer. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The views are spectacular from this property. The pool whilst small was perfect. It’s about a 10 min walk into the old town and the bus stops are right outside which is extremely handy for exploring the Surrounding towns. I’d highly recommended this hotel ❤️

The view was everything.

The distance to the beach was quite a challenge, but the view made up for it.

Exceptional views and friendly staff.

Amazing view of the bay from our 2nd floor window, large room and bathroom with both a shower and tub. Less than a 15 minute walk to the main beaches and restaurants and even closer to many shops. The street was quiet, as it was not right amongst the restaurants, and the pool and its view were amazing as well. Only complaint was a strange sewer smell that would come and go from our shower/bath room, once we kept the bathroom door closed you could not smell it in the rest of the room.
