"Muy bien aunque un poco cutre."

Íbamos preocupados por alguna de las reseñas leídas. Hemos estado un total de 7 noches y en ningún momento hemos escuchado a nadie que diese gritos o hiciese ruido. Es verdad que la habitación es un poco pequeña pero es muy cómoda y la limpieza ha sido fantástica, todos los días cambiaban toallas y sábanas y la cama era comodísima. No nos pidieron depósito ni tarjeta de crédito al llegar. El metro está a 5 minutos andando.

La habitación es un poco cutre y necesitaría una reforma. El desayuno podría ser mejor pero no está mal teniendo en cuenta que es gratis.

The most convenient yet quiet throughout evening and late morning. Best rest imaginable for NYC hotel

No complaints whatsoever. Absolutely perfect for entertainment, restaurants and bars, and very convenient for subway trains or walking to multiple venues

I stayed here for one night. The rooms are pretty small but they are as advertised so it was expected. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. Overall I had a good stay and would return.

"Be aware that the room is TINY but ideal if you just need a place to drop your stuff and sleep."

Location near Park Slope and Carrol Gardens was great—easy walking distance everywhere. Staff was very friendly.

It would have been great if the doors sealed to keep out light and noise from the hallway. The mattress was brand new but very firm.

"Very Good"

The location is amazing, we stayed one night for a wedding and it was within the same block. We even found free street parking on the same street. It was clean but simple, basically a room with a bed and private bathroom. The bed took up 75% of the space in the room and was comfortable. It is what it is, for one night I would say it’s a much more affordable option than anywhere else in the area.
