La Inmaculada Hotel

Everything was AMAZING! MY fiancé loved the hotel, loved the Skin Care that the hotel provided. Great quality, great size room, and comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly, beyond amazing. We will stay here from now on. Location is really good as well, didn't get to use the spa services, but loved that its an option. Oh, Air Conditioning provided, Wow. Not to mention, the smell of the facility was spectacular. Super clean, not trying to mask a stench, just clean wonderful fragrance.

This is super picky, first world problem, a corner shelf in the shower would have been wonderful. The shampoo, soap, and body wash were on the floor, but that was no big problem, just a small recommendation. But still loved it.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Breakfast is excellent and the beautiful plants around the building are a lovely addition. Staff very friendly.

My room was small and a bit stuffy, but being there only for one night it didn’t matter much

Better variety with restaurant menu for people who are not meat eaters.

There is no mini fridge in the room , some of the rooms have mold on the air conditioning

Everything. Service was excellent from the second week stepped out of the taxi and were welcomed by the doorman, who took our luggage, to the room, restaurant and organisation of our airport transfer. Everything is clean and comfortable. The lounge in the garden and the rooftop restaurant are quiet, relaxing and pretty. The food was lovely and reasonably priced and I enjoyed the included a la carte breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike.

They tried to move us to another property because they overbooked us but they could have said that over message ahead of time after a long commute
