Hotel La Sosta

Hotellets beliggenhed er helt i top. Det ligger direkte ned til den flotte Adda flod. Der er stille og ikke langt at køre til nogle af de større italienske søer og bjerge. Værelset var godt med stor, komfortabel seng, air conditioning og hurtigt Wi-Fi. Badeværelset var rummelig med dejlig bruser. Morgenmadsbuffeen var overdådig, og hotellet har en tilstødende restaurant som man bestemt bør besøge. Det bedste ved hotellet er dog uden tvivl det altid smilende og hjælpsomme personale. Der er intet at udsætte på hotellet. Det er helt klart et fantastisk besøg!

It is hard to imagine a better value for the price that this small hotel with peaceful views of the river Adda. It is simple and elegant, with a warm decor and a hearty breakfast, thoughtful enough to provide every room with retractable lines to hang your hand-washed clothes to dry alongside terry cloth bathrobes, comfy slippers, and good amenities. "La Sosta" means 'the stop' and for many decades, locals and tourists have been flocking to the restaurant by the same name. The same family that owns the restaurant has refurbished the adjacent building into a hotel. La Sosta faces the village of Brivio, where I have spent most of my childhood. My family still owns a house there, but my husband and I prefer to stay in the hotel when we visit twice a year. It is our home away from home and I cannot recommend it more.

free parking ,clean ,excellent view ,breakfast was healty and wonderfull.The room was nicely decorated and shared treaace was relaxing .Return soon in summer time .The garden is ideal for famliy an kids.

The riverside view, beautiful garden, charming hosts and staff and delicious dinner and breakfast made this one of our favourite stays on our twelve hotel holiday through Europe. The rooms were very spacious and promoted a feeling of relaxation and comfort. Highly recommend this beautuful hotel.

Very nice and charming hotel directly at the river. Lovely room with riverview, wooden floor modern bathroom. Very nice. A real family-mananged hotel where the friendly receptionnist is also the cook. Here you are in Italy ! Quiet location

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and every restaurant was already closed, but we asked the owner if he new a place where we could buy som food. The he asked if he could serve a small meal. The small meal, was a complete meal with starter, pasta and main dish, and desert. We have never been at this hotel before, but it was like coming home to "mam and dad". The hotel staff took care of us like we where familie and fixed everything. We could recommend this hotel if you like to have personell service and caring hosts. The staff could not make our stay any better. And don,t forget to eat in the restaurant and ask for the local specialities and wine. It is absolutely delicious. We stayed for four days, and had a wonderful time. Next time we would like to stay longer.

Went to Italy for a quick business trip. My first time in this country. My travel agency gave me a few options, and I went for Hotel La Sosta. I usually select among the ones with the lowest prices, if it does not look too bad. Considering the good reviews and 80€ a night Hotel La Sosta seemed like a good choice. And i certainly was! The room was modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast was great, with toasted bread, several types of marmalade, a fruit plate, a selection of pastries and really good coffee. The garden outside is really beautiful, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I visit this area in the future.
