we stayed two night in the Cheneraie Hotel! pros: very nice house british style from 1870, good staff , good breakfeats and diner, nice swiming pool cons: not french language spoken, lack one jaccuzzi ;) We can advice as a very good hotel
If you need peaceful and charming ambient this is the proper solution for your Holiday. It is a romantic small hotel (only ten rooms) , and all was amazing , starting from kindness of the host couple, Anna Lena and Pascal, and continuing with rooms and garden.The breakfasts and dinners we had there were also very pleasant , good quality and properly served.. Moreover, going to beaches like Agay throughout splendid golf fields of Valescure hills was a different experience from usual holidays.
Das Hotel mit nur zehn Zimmern ist sehr hübsch und vermittelt beinahe den Eindruck, als wäre man in einer eigenen Villa im Urlaub. Die Zimmer sind hübsch, die Zimmerreinigung hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse und der Garten mit den div. Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sind sehr lauschig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und dadurch sehr erholsam. Dies bedingt jedoch, dass man ein Fahrzeug hat, um ins Stadtzentrum oder an die Strände zu kommen.
This was a wonderful, small hotel located in the hills about Saint Raphael, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimmingpool. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was amazing. This hotel works for couples and friends. The air conditioning in our room was out of order and the wifi was not very good, that`s the reason why we give the hotel 4 instead of 5.
We were on our way home to the Costa del Sol after driving around Italy. We chose this hotel as it seemed to be a quiet oasis in the hills above Saint-Raphael. We were not wrong - it is a lovely villa and was indeed most tranquil. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the hostess amazing. The only downside was that we were looking forward to dining here but had not realised that this has to be pre-booked. A very pleasant stop.
GBIdeal for a romantic getaway. Hidden away in the hills above St Raphael, this almost stately building is set in beautifully arranged gardens with a lovely private swimming pool. With only 9 guest rooms, it was always calm, peaceful, private and intimate. Not really suitable for families with young children. I would highly recommend having a car as it is some walking distance to the centre of St Raphael. We stayed in two rooms (we had to change for our last night), both were spacious with high ceilings and decorated simply yet elegantly. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and the staff were wonderful - especially Monica, who was so helpful and considerate. Breakfast served on the terrace/in the garden every morning was delicious and a real treat. I would have given this hotel 5 stars had it not been for an issue with air conditioning in our room (this was remedied for us by fans) and no TV reception in our room (not that we really wanted or needed it). We would definitely return and highly recommend.
Accueil très sympathique, lieu très agréable.
Nous avions un chambre de luxe mais avec deux matelas sépares et deux couettes séparées plus petites que les matelas ce qui fut assez déplaisant sinon l'accueil est agréable le service aussi et le petit parc très joli
