Not as many amenities as some, but overall clean and serviceable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disappointing that they don’t even have a coffee machine in the hotel. Had to walk 3 blocks to get a cup. Paint pealing on the repainted bath tub. 👎

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The neighborhood was clean and safe. The room AC worked great. They provided a paid for Taxi to the airport when their shuttle driver went home sick. Very basic room that could use some fresh paint. My room smelled sour and felt damp, but that's likely from the humidity in the area. If I ever have an overnight connection at JFK, I would stay here again.

Hotel room relatively clean; bed comfortable; room was next to exit door where guests were smoking cigarettes - seeped into my room and made my stay uncomfortable.
The hotel was listed on Expedia as having free parking and free shuttle service to jfk. When we landed coming back from our trip, they refused to pick us up saying we were no longer guests, even thought we stayed there the night before our flight and left our car there the whole week. When we checked in there was no mention that our car couldn’t be left there while we were away. The driver that dropped us off at the airport said just call when you land and we’ll come get you.... when we called they said they couldn’t pick us up they didn’t even have a driver on staff!!! How do you advertise for free parking and shuttle and not come get us??? I want a refund!
