Location was convenient

The room we initially received had a strong mildew odor and we were initially offered only an air freshener, rather than a room change. After asking again about switching rooms the front desk called the manager who allowed us to switch. When my aunt was getting her breakfast the breakfast cook put all of the items away before she could finish cooking her waffle. It was 9:02 and breakfast ended at 9:00. After complaining she was told that there was a “time schedule” and no solution was offered.
