Rooms very clean and comfortable

That i arrived early the room was ready, birthday I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby I was told I could get in the room with a $30 charge. I'm retired from MY I travel alot. This has NEVER happened. If I'm early and the room is ready I'm allowed to enter with no fee. This was RIDICULOUS and APAULING!
