A localização é ótima, próximo a praia e muitos bares. Também conta com uma vista linda para o Morro do Careca. Os colaboradores são gentis e bem atenciosos.

As instalações prediais parecem meio velhas, alguns elevadores não estavam funcionando. Além disso o deck superior com vista para o Morro do Careca precisa de uma maior atenção.
