It was quite. It didn't look run down. The staff was really nice.

It's a nice little spot close to good restaurants and affordable. We will be back!

Room 119 at the far back had a nice king mattress, nice clean sheets, 5 pillows, fridge, microwave, tv, desk, enough space, room-darkening curtains. It smelled ok & I was able to open the window wide and let in a lot of fresh air, there is just a lawn & pleasant suburban street in view. The room with the toilet and shower stall was a little cramped but tile was in good repair. This was the least expensive room in the Madison urban area this Friday night and proved a bargain, really I sacrificed nothing. There are potholes in the parking lot, the structure is far from new and they will never be able to expand the bathroom to achieve luxury status - so what, what do you need? I had all I needed for a good night of sleep and was happy here.

Never stayed at all. First check in time was not 2pm as stated, secondly when I asked her whether I could just leave my bags, she couldn't accept responsibility for them...the exterior looks rundown, I doubt the interior would be better

Clean comfortable room at great price

This place was OK. I checked in late and stayed only one night. I got my key from a lock box and never saw any staff person.

The people was so nice to my family and i they where friendly and they treated my family and i with love and care Thank you! And yes i would book here again

No WiFi generally dingy locks on the door were not very good very dated a shadow of its former self

The neighborhood was sketchy and the “parking lot” had potholes you could swim in. There isn’t really a parking lot. It’s just a driveway going past the building that you park along the side of.

The room was cute and clean, no landline, and didn’t care for the over the phone check in process at 9 pm at night.
